Terms of use

Last updated August 21, 2026

These terms cover the use of this website. They are not terms of sale: nothing is for sale here yet, and terms of sale will be written when there is a checkout to attach them to.

Draft. This text has not been reviewed by a lawyer and will be revised before anything is sold.

What this site is

A presentation site for Adret, a project that turns recorded GPS tracks into posters and share images. It offers information. It offers no service, no account and no purchase.

Intellectual property

The Adret name, the texts, the visual design and the rendered posters shown here belong to the publisher. The map data underlying those posters comes from OpenStreetMap and is licensed under the ODbL; every poster carries that credit. The typefaces — REM, Mozilla Headline, Nunito and Aleo — are used under the SIL Open Font License.

Liability

The information here is provided as it is, and may be incomplete or out of date while the project is being built. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and their content is their own responsibility.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. In the absence of an amicable resolution, the French courts have jurisdiction.
